Helpful Information
Parking
Parking is available in the church parking lot.
If our parking lot becomes full, additional parking is available:
- At the Dance Studio located immediately to the right of Praise Church (when facing the church building)
- Across the street from the church
Our parking team will be happy to help direct you upon arrival if needed.
Childcare
While childcare will not be provided during the conference, we understand that some mothers may need to bring their children. If that's your situation, please know they are warmly welcomed to attend the services with you, as you experience the presence of the Lord together.
To help them stay engaged during the services, we encourage bringing quiet activities such as:
- Coloring books and crayons
- Activity or sticker books
- Reading books
- Bible story books
- Small notebooks or journals
- Quiet fidget toys (without lights or sounds)
- Tablets with headphones (if appropriate)
For Mom's with infants or toddlers, we also have an Infant/ Toddler Room available should you need to step out during a service.

Beverly Bilbo is a nationally recognized speaker, recording artist, and Senior Co-Pastor of Praise Church of Louisiana. For more than two decades, she has ministered through conferences, television, music, and local church leadership, helping women experience healing, freedom, and spiritual growth through the power of God's Word and presence.
Known for her authentic, faith-filled ministry, Beverly has appeared on Daystar, TBN, PTL, and other Christian media platforms. She is the author of Wounded in the House of My Friends, Free From the Grip of Fear, and Resilient, and a contributing author to The Invitation (Thomas Nelson). Through Unlocked Women's Conference, her passion is to see women encounter Christ, break free from every bondage, and walk boldly in their God-given purpose.
Pastor • John Maxwell Certified Coach • Recording Artist • Author
Bethany Bilbo-Rasmussen is a third-generation ordained minister, John Maxwell Certified Coach, recording artist, and pastor on staff at Praise Church of Louisiana. Having begun preaching at the age of fourteen, she has ministered at churches and conferences across the nation, sharing a message of faith, freedom, and transformation.
In addition to her ministry, Bethany is a songwriter, worship leader, and contributing author to The Invitation devotional published by Thomas Nelson. She and her husband, Joshua, serve as Executive Pastors at Praise Church of Louisiana under the leadership of Senior Pastors Garland and Beverly Bilbo. Together they are the proud parents of two sons, Beaux and Blaze.
We are thrilled to welcome Pastor Robin R. Bullock as a guest speaker for Unlocked Women's Conference 2026!
Alongside her husband, Robin D. Bullock, she founded Church International and has faithfully served in full-time ministry for over 30 years! Pastor Robin R. Bullock is a shepherd who leads with wisdom, protects with strength, and teaches with the heart of God! In addition to being a powerful minister of the Gospel, Pastor Robin flows in the Gifts of the Spirit, the Prophetic and she is also an Accomplished Musician and Vocalist. Come expecting a powerful word filled with divine revelation.
A powerhouse vocalist, author, speaker and worship leader. Myshel uses every gift to magnify the Lord. Myshel is a dynamic vocalist and dedicated worship leader with a deep passion for stewarding meaningful, authentic encounters with the Lord. She approaches every moment of worship with reverence and sincerity, seeking to honor her greatest Love while inviting others to join in a shared experience that refresh the soul and spirit.
Christian artist and worship leader Myshel Wilkins has toured and provided background vocals for several major contemporary Christian and gospel musicians, including Don Moen, Matthew West, TobyMac, and Mandisa. Additionally, she has spent years leading the worship team for Beth Moore's Living Proof Live events.
Rachelle and her husband Brandon Bilbo, culminate a dynamic ministry team. They are the founding pastors of Cross Church of Houma.
Rachelle Hitt Bilbo, a native of Lafourche Parish, has also served in pastoral leadership over the last six years. Rachelle is a conference speaker and is the co-author of the “Constant Friend Daily Devotion”.
In addition, she is a contributing author for the newly released Thomas Nelson Women’s Devotional, “The Invitation”.
With EVERYTHING in them, they desire to see people come to a thriving relationship with the Lord and find healing and restoration for themselves and their families. Brandon and Rachelle also believe church should be fun and exciting! Psalm 122:1 says, “I was GLAD when they said unto me, let us go to the house of the Lord.”
Brandon and Rachelle currently live in Houma, Louisiana, a city that they LOVE! They have two children, Maddox and Marshall, two funny and sweet little red heads who love Jesus and Cross Church!
